EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

We inform Users that the following Returns and Exchanges Policy is applicable to them for the simple use or access to any of the pages, web and mobile applications, software and applications in general that make up the www.nala Portal. mx (hereinafter and, jointly and indistinctly, the "Portal"), and for the acquisition of any product or service acquired by the User within the Portal, for which we will understand that you accept them and agree to be bound by them. In the event that you do not agree with this Return Policy, you must refrain from accessing or using the Portal and purchasing any product or service within the Portal.

The satisfaction of our Users regarding our products and services is the most important thing for us, which is why we offer you the following Returns and Exchanges Policy.

RETURNS

At www.nala.mx we want you to always be satisfied with our products and services, so if your product or service received does not match what you purchased, does not meet your expectations, is defective or you received a different product, you can request a your money back.

RETURN PROCESS


1. TIME FOR RETURN

You must request the return of a product or service purchased on the Portal within 2 days of the date on which you received your products.

2. CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN

  1. Any product or service that wants to be returned must be in perfect condition and without obvious damage due to misuse by the User.

  2. The product or products must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the User and, as far as possible, have the original packaging and labeling that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

  3. You must present your purchase ticket or screenshot of the confirmation email of your purchase where the amount paid and the products or services purchased are visible.

3. RETURN FORM
The return must be requested via email to the address nalanala.mx@gmail.com and
  will schedule the collection of the package to send the product

 

4. REFUND

The reimbursement derived from the return of the product or service will be made to the client by means of credits to be used in the Portal www.nala.mx.  Refunds made to credit or debit cards are exclusively for those made with the same card. Direct reimbursement times to credit or debit cards will depend on the internal procedure of each of the financial institutions.

 

CHANGES

At www.nala.mx we want you to always be satisfied with our products and services, so if your product or service received does not match what you purchased, does not meet your expectations, is defective or you received a different product, you can request a change.

CHANGES PROCESS

You must request a change of a product or service purchased on the Portal within 2 days of the date on which you received your products.

  4. The changes will be made for a product or several products that reach the same value as the product you want to change. If you choose a product of lower value than the one you want to change, the difference will not be paid, and if you choose a product of higher value you will have to cover the missing amount.

3. REQUEST FOR CHANGES

  will schedule the collection of the package to send the product

MODIFICATIONS

This Exchange and Return Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice and/or consent of the User. Consequently, the User must carefully read the Exchange and Return Policies each time he intends to purchase products and services from the Portal.

APPLICABLE LAWS

For the interpretation, compliance and execution of these Exchange and Return Policies, the User agrees that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States and the courts of Cuajimalpa de Morelos Mexico City will be applicable, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles or for any other reason.
